Automation ???: Horizon (Ameritech) vs Alexandria (Companion) vs

I want to repost my message about your feelings about these companies.
Thank you all who answered for your great replies already!  I only named
the parent companies (in parenthesis in the subj line), and wanted to
narrow it to the actual three programs that we are looking at.  We will
probably use one of these three, because they followed the legal bid
proces correctly.

If you have used any of these automation systems, what are your thoughts
pro and con on each or any?  This info may help us make an informed
decision.
