Yes, I'm well aware that I made a mistake.  It's been pointed out by
enough people already, even after I recognized it publicly.  I don't
understand why my mailbox has to fill up with people responding to a
post when the issue has already been resolved.  It's like a dog and a
fire hydrant.  Pay attention to the posts.  Once one person provides
thenecessary response, DROP IT!  Also, If you've got a message that only
concerns you and one or a few others (as opposed to the entire
listserv), don't fill up my box.  It takes too long to sort through the
chaff and it leads to my passing over what I really need to see.

I will stop venting now.
