Inventory or Keep Your Job

Something that should be addressed to new librarians -- you must also
please your principal, even if it means not putting all YOUR principles
into place until you are tenured.  If her principal has made it clear that
he is not in favor of inventory, it might be in the best interest of
continued employment to put it off for a year.
