LM_NET: Library Media Networking

I too thought this is the way things needed to be done. Yet in last
month's issue(May) of Cable in the Classroom an article titled Media
Specialist Specialists' Super Strategies, they highlighted media
specialists that were in fact taping without a request from a teacher.  I
am wondering about this issue as well.
