GEN: Library Clerk Job Description

We are getting ready to advertise for a library clerk for my new =
elementary school of 850 students. We want to advertise in such a way =
that we will get qualified applicants to interview.  We will have the =
new Follett Windows Circ+ and Cat+ and a media retrieval system -- also =
a busy open access and partially scheduled media center with multiple =
activities going on simultaneously.  So it is important for us to find =
someone who is technically capable (or has an attitude and aptitude to =
learn quickly) and also is helpful and congenial with the teachers and =
students. =20

Do any of you have ideas for a job description that will attract this =
type of applicant?  I would also appreciate any ideas for specific =
questions to ask in an interview to help determine the attributes of =
this person.
