GEN: Lurie article in NYT Bk Rev.

The NY Times Bk Rev. coming out this Sunday the 17th has a very good
article by Alison Lurie on the last page.  She talks about children's
preferences for books that feature children on their own triumphing without
benefit of adults (Examples:  Cat in the Hat, Nancy Drew, Animorphs, Stine,
etc.--and also such classics as Huckleberry Finn & the E. Nesbit books).  I
recommend it.
