TECH: Microsoft tool bar

Hello Friends!
        My son managed to change the look of the Microsoft tool bar that goes
across the top of the screen on my WIN 95 PC.  Now, it comes up as a box in
the middle of the screen, and you have to minimize it so you can see what
you're doing.  Before it was just a toolbar across the top.  I've looked at
the Control Panel and a few other things that I thought might work, but
haven't found the right spot yet.  Anyone have a suggestion?  Thanks!
