TECH: 10th Anniversary of Morris' Internet Worm

Hi...

Today is the 10th anniversary of the date most folks first heard of the
Internet... the day when Robert Morris' Internet Worm brought the Internet
to it's knees by replicating so fast that it kept other software from
running on the host machines.

For what it's worth, Morris, who received three years probation for his
efforts, seems to be doing pretty well these days... his start-up company
was bought by Yahoo! earlier this year for $49 million! :)
