Microsoft Outlook Help needed

I have been placed on Microsoft Outlook for all email at school. The problem
is that when I reply to someone on LM_NET my signature file does not get
applied to the message. When I create a new message (such as now) the
signature file is there. I have checked every possible configuration of my
mail preferences/options but cannot seem to get the signature file to appear
on replies and forwards. Does anyone out there know this program well enough
to help me figure this out?  TIA!!
