SUBJECT: Arizona librarians

Hello fellow librarians in Arizona,

    Is anyone planning to attend the AZ Annual Librarians Conference in
Phoenix Nov.4-6 and on a tight budget so wouldn't mind sharing  hotel
accomodations?  My husband and I are new (2 months) to the state of Arizona
having just moved here from St. Louis, MO.  and am attending this conference
for the first time, so I don't know any other librarians.  I just got my job
recently and will go from a school library media background to head of Youth
Services at the public library.  I am looking forward to connecting with
other school librarians or children/youth services librarians during the
conference to chat, network, and find out more about the state organization
and other issues related to librarians in this state.  Also, I'm interested
in what local librarian groups exist in Northern AZ.
