TARGET: kids smoking at H.S school - need solutions

Greetings! My home high school (rural western MA) is looking at
solutions to stopping kids smoking in school bathrooms and on school
grounds.  PLEASE send any  successful solutions or campaigns your H.S.
has implemented.  We need help! Thanks...
