TARGET: New school contruction/how get community support?

My home school district is trying to convince the town to vote for a new
school building k-8 ( we are now 4 elem and 1 mid - some over 110 years
old!) Facing opposition to $, to loss of 'community' schools, and to 'it
was good enough for me..."  If your building committe responded with a
FAQ sheet or handout of some sort to help people understand, We would
LOVE to see what you did!  Please let me know if you can send me a copy
