Gen: Dewey Index

My aunt is going to Kenya early in the year to help set up a church library
(about 1500-2000 books) .  She is looking for a Dewey Decimal Classification
and Relative Index (Abridged).  She has located the 12th ed. for $95, but
would be happier to locate an 11th ed. if it would be less costly.  She
wants to take it to Kenya and leave it with them for future use.  Any
suggestions on available used editions?  Thanks for any suggestions you can
give...hope everyone had a relaxing holiday!
