TV hook-ups

I have a teacher who wrote a grant and received a videodisk player, vcr,
computer, and a television.  She would like to hoo all those up at once.
How do we do that?  Can you channel the videodisk player through the vcr
like a cable connection?  Are there switch boxes for tv connections?  I'm at
a loss to even know what to look for in a catalog!
