Nonprofit Resources

About 1-2 weeks ago someone posted a new website that offered free
email/websites to nonprofit groups.  Does anyone remember the URL?  I
believe it had received partial funding from a foundation.

Thanks in advance for any help offered.

BTW: I have written a webpage to assist nonprofit organizations with
grants, funding ideas, etc.  The URL is
http://www.main.com/~ljbeers/grants.htm.  Currently I am focusing on
Texas and environmental issues but hope to expand to other areas in the
future.  If anyone has any ideas please feel free to make suggestions.
