GEN: HELP!!!

Several weeks ago a great idea about using "How to be a perfect person..."
with a 5th grade class was given.  I copied the lesson plan.  I have
searched the archives for information regarding the list of 35 actions that
depended on the action before.  The original sender did not have the list.
Did anyone out there save these?  I would be so appreciative if anyone has
them.
