Our lunchroom discussion the other day involved several teachers recounting the wonders and benefits of the various listservs to which we subcribed. Our IST teacher spoke up wondering if such a list might exist for her specialty. The Instructional Support Team is a program implemented in Pennsylvania in 1990 to identify students "at risk" in academic as well as behavioral areas to put in place strategies to help these kids before IEPs and other services are put in place. They are not officially identified as special ed. kids; in fact most are never involved in our special ed program except through the IST process. I have checked around and cannot find any listing of any such group. So I put the query to you all. Do you know of any listserve that might fit the bill?
