My schools just purchased Follet circulation plus, catalog plus and multiuser for Windows. Originally the intention was to put it on a Novell network. But the person in the district who would normally set up the network feels that the software will work just fine on a peer to peer network (about 12 computers in each of 4 library media centers). I called Follett and they said that they have tried this and it was very problematic and that I would end up spending all my time trouble-shooting. Does any one have any experience with this? Please let me know so that I can bring the information to the up coming meetings. Thank you.
