No Subject

My school administration has asked me to set up a once a week evening
library program for the community (basically serving as a public library).
I feel swamped with my daily job demands, and I'm a little overwhelmed at
this prospect.  Does anyone have any ideas as to sources or maybe even some
advice (from someone who's done this)?
