Greetings from Brookfield, In two weeks my school will be activating a ISDN line, for Internet access across our network. We will be selecting an Internet filter to run on our Novelle network, with Windows 95, 3.l, and maybe Macs. WE would like to be able to turn off keyword blocking, add and delete sites, and use a password to bypass the filter &/or have open access at designated faculty workstations. We are considering Bess, ScreenDoor, Cyber Patrol and others(?). What Internet filter are you using at your school and library? How successful is your filter in meeting your needs? What advance preparation is needed? Please email your response to me directly at the address below. Include a phone/FAX number, if you would be willing to discuss this with me should our tech staff have more questions. Thank you for your time and expertise!
