Can anyone help with this problem. Out of the blue 2 members of the library staff started getting the same error message in Eudora Lite when we went to put in a new nickname. The message was that we had exceeded a parameter.(The Eudora help page FAQs didn't address this message.) This would have been enough of a problem, but then our address files disappeared. I tried to solve the problem. When I went into the Eudora folder, I found my nickname file and printed it out so I could put it in again. I then deleted the nickname file - and started to put my nicknames in again. For several tries I got a message that the nickname already existed. Then, after I was sure that there were no nicknames anywhere, I tried to enter just one or two nicknames with the addresses. I still get the parameter message and, when I closed up and tried to save, nicknames are not saved. We are using Power Macs in the library. I have never had any problem with Eudora before. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
