LM_NET: Library Media Networking

Please excuse this duplicate post.  I originally posted this request
early in August and then realized that the schools in which I am
interested probably had not begun the year.
Our third grade teachers have each selected a country upon which they
will base their year-long curriculum.  In order to show these students
(and the rest of the school) the power of the internet, we are seeking
greetings from elementary schools in countries other than the United
States.
We are also interested in establishing a key pal relationship with
students in the countries that these teachers have selected.  They would
like to correspond classroom to classroom rather than individual to
individual due to limited internet access  (only one connection in the
library--classrooms will be connected in the future).  The countries
that they would like to establish this correspondence with are Germany,
Japan, Mexico, Italy, France, and Australia.  Third grade students in
our district are 8 and 9 years old.
