TECH:Electronic portfolios

Group - My principal is interested in working toward electronic portfolios.
Naturally, I don't know much.  Did sit in a workshop several years on the
Grady Profile - so know the concept but not much else.

Anyone working directly with electronic portfolios?  What part does the
media center play?  Is it taking media center staff to assist?

I would really like to talk to anyone doing this because my colleague and I
are being asked about costs -- and we really don't know where to begin
there.
