Video policies

Colleagues,
Our school district is revising the policies and procedures for using
videos (especially commercially produced movies) in the classroom. We will
be addressing such topics as copyright, appropriate use, notification to
parents, process for approval for showing R-rated movies, etc.  I have been
asked to provide information and sample policies and create a rough draft
for a committee to use as a basis for policy development.  Any information
or policies you could share would be appreciated.  We are working within a
very short time frame, so I need material ASAP (just like those kids who
come into your libraries to do research for a project that is "due
tomorrow").  If you can help, please fax or e-mail me.  Thanks for your
