More to come!

First posting of suggestions:

Jackie:

I see a couple of library-related titles at:

http://www.wcsu.k12.vt.us/~wardsboro/list29.htm#Readaloud58

which might be good. Let me know if you get some good ones relating to
back-to-school and I will add them to the above list.

This year I read: "Alenxander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good Very Bad
Day" . I thought it dealt well with
attitudes. Now when I call a person "Alex" during the day.. they all know..
that I am saying.. "someone needs an
attitude check here" :)

I've enjoyed reading OLD BLACK FLY by Aylesworth--great illustrations by
Steven Gammell--to my incoming 6th graders--it's actually an alphabet book but
it's cute in a whimsical way.

I just read about another one I'd like to try called DOUBLE TROUBLE IN WALLA
WALLA--I just ordered a copy so I don't know yet whether it will be any good.
