ELEM: Materials for various books

We purchased several new book sets and I would like to add some teaching
ideas to go along with them.  Could someone direct me to a website or other
place for info regarding the following books

Ghost Cadet by Elaine Alphin
The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin
The Green Book by Jill Paton Walsh
The Best School Year Ever by Barbara Robinson
