SEC: NHS questions

I know many of you sponsor your school's National Honor Society.  I have a
couple questions for those sponsors.

1.        Can you send me (email, snail mail or fax) a copy of your by-laws?  My
kids need to create them and need a starting place.

2.      Do you require students to take a certain number of honors courses?  This
came up a couple of years ago when we had a special ed student with a 4.0
average.  She ended being inducted (very sweet girl) but she wasn't taking
anything but special ed classes.  (I'm not demeaning special ed -- it's just
not the same as AP Government)
