Internet copyright information

Dear Friends,

I am interested in websites that describe copyright regulations in
respect to designing homepages. I'm interested in the use of text and
graphics from other websites as well as linking to other websites. I
know this has been discussed and questioned many times on this list, but
are there good resources I can refer to?
