GEN: Taping Oprah on 4/1 & copyright

My principal has asked me to tape today's (4/1) Oprah show on "kids
having too much homework". If I follow the previously posted guidelines:

1) Is the ten days, ten calendar days or ten school days? (We begin our
spring recess tomorrow  and do not return until April 11)

2) My principal has no lesson plans, but would like to show this to the
faculty at a meeting. Is this fair use?

3) Are the rules different because ABC is a network channel (versus a
cable channel)?

 I'm checking ABC's website to see if they have the copyright info.
