SEC: plagiarism of poem "Roots"?

THANK YOU so much to Patricia Padala of Michigan who found my
student's plagiarized poem in 39 minutes!  He had changed
three words in the poem, as well as the title, which is
why my Internet searches failed.  But my LM_Net colleagues
didn't fail me, and I retain my crown as Plagiarism
Policewoman.
     I appreciate all your efforts.
