Elem - favorite books & question

I loved a little book by Ellenberg(?) Betty June and Friends, it's long out
of print.I also read all the Snipp, Snapp, and Snurr books.  One I especially
liked was published in  the same book as a SS&S, It was about the land of
sunbeams or moonbeams, and featured a little girl who was taken up into the
clouds with her umbrella. If anyone knows the title to this, please let me
know, I would love to have it for my granddaughters.
