Favorite books YOU like to read

Not that  I am touchy about my age, but it occurred to me that one
surely can get an idea of people's age by their favorite childhood
books.  Some books mentioned nostalgically for this thread are titles
which were published only yesterday by my reckoning. Of course I knew I
was dating myself by my choices. Anyway, it was one more interesting
dimension to the discussion. Happy Easter to young and and young at
