state association, Ohio Educational Library/Media Association.  Perhaps

Dear lm_netters:  the Ohio Educational Library/Media Association is
writing an Advocacy Handbook for the building level media specialist.  We
would very much appreciate hearing about successful strategies, public
relations ideas, and special events media specialists have used to
publicize their programs, obtain needed equipment, materials, and staff,
raise awareness, and build support for the media center to include in the
handbook.  We will credit contributors, so please include your name, job
title, and school or employers.
