Target: Rearranging Library

I am planning to rearrange our library.  I need to increase the
visability (our tall stacks are now in the middle) and consider adding
space for a computer lab.  I have rearranged a previous library (I felt
very successfully) mainly using paper cutups and a floor plan.  Has
anyone used those Design Cad programs?  Is there a cheap one that can
apply to libraries?  Also, are there internet sites about planning
library space?  I have tried some searches but was unsuccessful.  TIA
