Address Label Software

I am looking for a software program that creates address labels for mailing
letters, packages, etc.  (not necessarily library mail).  I am not finding
any luck locating a program that looks like what I want.  If you know of a
software program that works for you, could you send me the name, a price,
and a vendor or distributor (even those like Target, Wal-Mart, or Best Buy)?
I am looking at a possible program with graphics on the labels, if possible,
but I'm spending too much time searching and not seeing what I want.
