I spoke to Ann Seidl in the Colorado Department of Education, Library
Research service today and the new report will not be out until 2000.

Also if you go to www.lrs.org you will find a button for Fast Facts which
include some of the data that will be in the study--particularly "Student
use of Library Media Programs key to NAEP success" in the 1998 fast Fact.
Lot of interesting information for school library media specialists.
