I feel myself often to be in an untenable position in my school — like
the little Dutch Boy with finger in the dike, holding back the tide of
school violation. We have only intermittent resources for textbooks and
other materials.  I think that the law in this area is not sensible, and

is making outlaws of many who would be willing to honor less stringent
restrictions.
