I have a question. If I am subscribing in digest form is it possible for me to participate with questions? I need something translated and I am not sure what language it is..Please help if possible. Here it is: D . M ELAB IAE SOLE MNIDI II . FLABIVS CHRY SEROS CONIYGI SVAE . B. M . E . What appears here as a period is really a dot in the middle of the letters. I was not able to type it the exact way that it appears. It is located on some type of congrete planter-looking thing that may have been in a cemetary at one point. There is a flat concrete lid on it. In the middle of the lid is a circular type piece that is removable and under that there are about 3 holes. The person that came to me with the request said that it came from an old plantation. Can anyone tell me what this may be and what language this is (and the English translation). Thank you!
