Instructional Technology/Multimedia Analyst
Educational Communications Board

The Wisconsin Educational Communications Board (ECB) seeks an individual to
support the effective use of technologies for teaching and learning in a
K-12 setting.  Principal Duties:  This position provides a resource
information service for K-12 educators seeking assistance in locating and
accessing multimedia materials and technical assistance in the area of
educational technology; acquires multimedia instructional/inservice
materials for delivery by means of broadcast, cd-rom, cable, fiber optic
network and Internet systems; works to promote increased understanding of
and support for the use of these technologies across elementary and
secondary education; provides instructional design and development services,
and monitors emerging technologies to determine appropriate use in K-12
education. Qualifications:  1) Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related
multimedia/technology field; 2) familiarity with educational technology
information resources; 3) strong oral and written communications skills; 4)
strong interpersonal skills; and 5) teaching experience preferred but not
required. Pay is $38,000-$41,000 depending on qualifications, plus an
excellent fringe benefit package.  Apply with a detailed resume and a paper
