Help with bulletin board display

Starting my first job as an librarian in a new school that will be
connected to the Internet for the first time this year.

I want to show the staff the resources available from a listserv and to
the show the students how far e-mail can reach.

Please send congrats messages to New Albany Elementary on moving into
their new building this school year.  We are a K-5 building in the small
town of New Albany just east of Columbus, Ohio.  Please include in your
messages the school name, city and state.  Send messages to the e-mail
address address below which is the same as above.
