TARGET: Catchy phrase

I have decided to go with a colorful, party, clowns, balloons, etc. theme in
my media center but am stuck on a catchy phrase or caption to tie it all
together.  Something, of course, to do with reading.  Anyone think of any
suggestions off the top of their heads?
