TECH:Mandarin M3 system

Any Mandarin users lurking out there?  I'm wondering what sort of
experiences people have had in converting from the old Mandarin systems to
the new M3.  My assistant received the software last spring and conveniently
(for her) forgot to mention it.  Now we're (tech guy and I) wondering how
quickly we can get our old records converted and get into the new system.  I
would really like to hear from anyone who has done so, is in the process, or
decided not to convert. You're experiences will be really valuable to us!
