(I had asked for a book jobber for paperbacks other than Ingram.  Not
because I don't like Ingram but the person I was forwarding this
information to won't be able to come up with Ingram's $1000 initial
order....)

Discount of 36-43% depending on whether you order single copies of a title
or multiple copies.  One person said they had free postage. Another person
said that postage was not included.
