Hi, I'm unlurking to ask if anyone has a form they use for planning and =
scheduling classes for library/computer skills.  In one of the archived =
posts, someone mentioned that they had a form that included a list of =
library skills that needed to be covered, and that teachers could check =
off what they wanted taught.  Thanks for any help.
