PA Reading standard-25 books

I was on vacation and stopped my mail. My friend told me someone was looking
for me regarding the PA reading standard. The 25 books is the number students
are supposed to read each year  not how many books should be in your library
per student.  I hope this answers the question. I apologize for any confusion
this may have caused.
