staff development related to collaboration

My principal asked me today to present for 20 minutes on collaboration and
the school library media teacher's role within the school community.
I would like to do something with pizazz that would really stick with the
teachers.  Any great ideas or directions that you could steer me in would be
greatly appreciated as I have to present  this next week. I do have copies of
the New York Public Library Guide to Kid's Research to distribute to the
faculty.  I have examples of collaborative lessons that were initiated last
year with various teachers too. But I really need an idea to capture their
attention and enthusiasm about collaboration (K-5 school).

I would be most appreciative of any support that you can offer.
