TECH: e-mail--lists and headers

We now have computers on all the teachers' desks and our
principal is sending our bulletins via e-mail.  He did a
distribution list, but how do we do one without having all the
names at the top of the bulletin.  It takes up so much space
and we would like to eliminate that list.  Any help will be
greatly appreciated, as usual.
