Good morning Here is a reference question for us.=20 A special ed. student at a friend's school asked her if there was a copy = of the Declaration of Independence sent to King George. We've done some = research and spoken to reference librarians at the local university and = they didn't have an answer for us beyond what we already knew.=20 We know that the original is on display at the library of congress, but = we'd like to know how the king was informed (i.e. did he receive a copy = of the document), and whatever happened to that copy? I'm always amazed by this group, so I thought I would see what you could = come up with. Thanks!
