GEN: Leadership Programs

Hi everyone,
This is a request from a colleague - please post replies directly to her.

"I have had a request from the Principal here to find out if there are any
schools who run leadership development programs for their (senior)
students.  We do it on an ad hoc basis, with the Peer Support program for
Year 10s going into Year 11, and with Monitors appointed at the end of Year
11, from whom the House Captains and School Prefects are chosen, but there
is no formalised program for training them in leadership skills.
