Activities for students who don't celebrate Christmas

We have several families at my school that don't celebrate Christmas and
don't want their children doing any type of Christmas activity, especially
those that deal with Santa Claus and gift-giving.  Any ideas on what to do
with these students while we are emailing Santa, reading Christmas stories,
or doing other Christmas activities?
